By downloading or using Loci, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
Loci is a personal link-saving app. You may use it for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Loci uses Firebase Authentication. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Loci offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone's App Store subscription settings. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of an active subscription period.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription may be managed and auto-renewal turned off in your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
You retain ownership of the content you save in Loci (links, notes, photos). By using Loci, you grant us the right to store and display that content to you through the app. We do not share your saved content with others except when you explicitly choose to share a zone or save with another user.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
Loci is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that links saved will remain accessible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loci and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
